Agreement
By using ofhlonline.org or buying any course, resource or filing service from Organization For Higher Learning (“OFHLONLINE”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
We are not a law firm
OFHLONLINE is a financial literacy platform and a document filing service. We are not a law firm, accountancy practice or licensed financial adviser, and we do not provide legal, tax or financial advice. Our courses and materials are educational. Filing services prepare and submit the documents you direct us to prepare and submit. For advice on your specific circumstances, consult a licensed professional.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share an account, and you may not resell or redistribute course content. Accounts found sharing paid content may be suspended.
Filing services
- We prepare and submit filings based on the information you provide. We are not responsible for rejections caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.
- State filing fees are set by the state and are separate from our service fees. State fees are non-refundable once a filing is submitted.
- Processing times are set by the state agency, not by us. Expedited handling is offered only where the state offers it.
Course purchases and access
Course purchases grant a personal, non-transferable licence to access the material for the period stated at the point of sale. Where a course is described as lifetime access, that means for as long as we continue to operate the platform.
Satisfaction guarantee and refunds
Our service fees are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if we have not delivered what we promised, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund our service fees. Government filing fees already paid to a state agency cannot be refunded.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, to upload malicious code, to scrape content in bulk, or to attempt to access accounts or systems you are not authorised to access.
Intellectual property
Course content, resources, site copy and design are owned by OFHLONLINE and protected by copyright. OFHLONLINE® and associated marks are our trademarks. You may use materials for your own learning and business; you may not republish or resell them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will refund any prepaid amounts for services not yet delivered where the closure is not for cause.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them.
